16-398	Amendment	Floor: (Waiver of minimum road frontage on Merrill Road): Per OGC, strikes “approve” and inserts “deny” the waiver.
16-400	Amendment	(Waiver of minimum road frontage on Starratt Road): Per OGC, waiver approved subject to conditions: 1) street addresses shall be displayed on Starratt Road and on houses; 2) limited to 2 single family homes; 3) lot may not be further subdivided.
16-401	Amendment	(Request for administrative deviation re: minimum lot area, required buffer zone and driveway width on Merrill Road): Per OGC, denies the requested waiver.
16-480	Amendment	(Zoning variance request on Herschel Street and Glendale Street): Per OGC, approves the variance; attaches Exhibit 2 (applicant’s documentary evidence).
16-482	Amendment	(Administrative deviation request on Herschel Street and Glendale Street):Per OGC, approves the deviation; attaches Exhibit 2 (applicant’s documentary evidence).
16-504	Substitute	(FY16-17 budget): incorporates all amendments made during the Finance budget hearing process.
16-521	Amendment	(Ordinance Code amendments regarding evaluation and sunset of boards and commissions): clarifies in Section 3 that the Mayor is encouraged, not directed, to evaluate the effectiveness of boards and commissions created by Executive Order and may report the findings to the City Council; corrects scrivener’s errors.
16-589	Amendment	(Appropriating Florida DEO grant Whitehouse Field protective easement acquisition): attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT).
