Substitute

Rezoning on West 20th Street and Myrtle Street from PUD to CCG-1: per OGC, amended request is for PUD to PUD.  The new PUD utilizes many of the CCG-1 uses, but eliminates as a Permitted Use:  wholesaling and distributorship businesses, filling or gas stations, and dancing entertainment establishments.  It will allow as a Permitted Use mobile car detailing.  All other uses in CCG-1 will be Permissible by Exception with the exception of the sale or service of hard liquor, which is prohibited.

Substitute

Small Scale Land Use Map Amendment on Lem Turner Road at Jerry Lane from CGC to LDR: per OGC, enlarges the subject property area from 1.10 acres to 1.97 acres.

Substitute

Rezoning on Lem Turner Road at Jerry Lane from CCG-2 and RR-acre:  per OGC, enlarges the subject property area from 16.95 acres to 18.45 acres.

Amendment

NCIS: PETCO grant to Animal Care and Protective Services: reduces appropriation amount to $100,000; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT); includes new section in bill that the remaining $100,000 grant installment is hereby appropriated upon receipt of the funds; removes carryover language since this is an all years fund.

 

Floor: same as NCIS amendment, except omits the language regarding appropriation of the remaining $100,000 grant installment upon receipt.

NWJEDF grant to Hans-Mill Corp.: includes additional waivers of NWJEDF use guidelines: 1) grant funds may only be used for infrastructure costs; 2) demonstration of need for project through market study or related documentation; 3) corporate and personal financial statements, credit reports, attempts to obtain private financing, and statement of financial contingency plans required; 4) written documentation outlining justification for City investment; 5) record encumbrance on property prohibiting certain uses.

Barking dog nuisance: modifies the continuous barking time to qualify as a nuisance from 15 minutes to 20 minutes.

Appropriation from debt service savings to District 10 bond fund: clarifies purpose is to reimburse Council District 10 Project Account; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT) to change funding source to Banking Fund Investment Pool Earnings; corrects dates of prior ineligible expenditures to occurring between Sept. 2011 and Oct. 2012; removes carryover language.

Changes to polling locations: attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised location change notice) to revise new polling locations as follows: Precinct 602 - from Christian Family Chapel (10365 Old St. Augustine Road) to Access Church (4911 Losco Road); Precinct 614 – from Christian Family Chapel (10365 Old St. Augustine Road) to Cuban American Club (5110 Lourcey Road).
