Amendment

Rezoning on Atlantic Boulevard from PUD to PUD approved subject to conditions: there shall be not more than 64 boats stored on the property; there shall be no outside speakers; all work shall be performed inside the building depicted on the site plan; the development shall be brought into compliance with Part 12 of the Zoning Code or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department.

Rezoning on Atlantic Boulevard from PUD to PUD approved subject to conditions: there shall be a 20 foot wide landscape are along Atlantic Boulevard; there shall be a 6 foot high, 85% opaque fence along Aloha Drive; all sag lenses, drop lenses and convex lenses shall be prohibited; illumination levels are restricted; the maximum pole height in all parking areas should not exceed 30 feet; exterior audio speakers shall be directed away from the residential buildings to the south; sidewalks shall be installed by the applicant along the Sandalwood Boulevard and Hawaii Drive East frontages within the right-of-way, adjacent to the property line; a hedge shall be provided by the applicant along the fence on Aloha Drive, on the outside of the fence to soften the view. Rezoning on Racetrack Road from PUD to PUD approved with Revised Exhibit 4 (revised site plan) and new Exhibit 5 (development services memorandum dated April 28, 2016 or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department).

Rezoning at Beach Boulevard and Central Parkway from IBP to PUD approved subject to conditions: any outside storage use on the subject property shall be subordinate to another permitted use and shall be visually screened pursuant to the supplemental performance standards and criteria of the Land Development Regulations; there will be no more than one ground sign per road frontage; attaches a new Exhibit 5 (development services memorandum dated May 5, 2016).
