15-277	Substitute	Per OGC, small scale FLUM amendment on Glen Mawr at I-95 from LDR to CGC substitute revises legal description and map for a larger site, and corrects Council District.
15-278	Substitute	Per OGC, rezoning (companion to 2015-277) on Glen Mawr at I-95 from RLD-60 to GGC-1, substitute revises legal description and map for larger site, requests rezoning to PUD, corrects Council District.
15-654	Substitute Amendment	As substituted, the auto allowance policy for the Property Appraiser, Supervisor of Elections, & Tax Collector provides that they may receive either a vehicle or automobile allowance in accordance with the City’s Vehicle Use and Allowance Policy. Floor: makes the bill retroactive to July 1, 2015.
15-740	Amendment	Adds an execution of documents authorization section to the SHIP grant funding ordinance; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT) to place $85,000 in a reserve account; attaches new Exhibit 3 - the schedule of proposed funding which now includes Note 6; attaches Jax Housing and Community Development Commission meeting minutes from August 19th and December 16^th as Exhibit 2.
15-769	Amendment	Per OGC, rezoning 32.42 ac on 12705 Beach Blvd. from PUD to PUD for commercial and multi-family use, adds memoranda from Development Services Division and Traffic Engineering Division as Exhibits to PUD.
15-772	Amendment	Per OGC, rezoning 11.56 ac on Yellow Bluff Rd. from PUD & RLD-50 to PUD. Adds memorandum from the Development Services Division.
15-774	Amendment	Per OGC, rezoning of .37 ac on 4578 San Jose Blvd. from PUD to PUD. Revised written description and conditions prohibit certain uses. If restaurant use is sought, limits enclosed area and number of seats to a maximum of 70, and regulates outside sales and service through vegetative buffers, hours of operation, and prohibition on amplified outdoor music. Adds Development Services memorandum.
15-800	Amendment	Finance: Creates a separate section in the new Jax Journey Ordinance Code chapter to clarify the return of unspent residual funding by recipients; strikes section 75.109 - Mayoral reports; removes reference to Code Chapter 58; strikes reference to the Jax Journey Oversight Committee being governed by Ordinance Code Chapter 50, the general boards and commissions operating procedures. RCDPHS: Finance amendment, plus changes the due date for the annual report from March 31^st to January 31^st and authorizes 2 consecutive one-year terms for the Chair and Vice Chair.
15-802	Amendment	In bill appropriating handicapped parking fines for expenditure, strikes "to the Disabled Services Division of the Dept. of Park, Recreation and Community Services" from the title; removes carryover language since this is an all-years fund; attaches food and beverage schedule as Exhibit 2.
15-809	Amendment	Corrects erroneous book and page number in reference to official records for easement closure in Mariner’s Village on Mayport Road.
15-816	Amendment	Changes “unexpired” term to “initial” term for Deborah Johnson’s appointment to the Public Service Grant Council, expiring 12/31/17.
15-817	Amendment	Changes “unexpired” term to “initial” term for Georgette Dumont’s appointment to the Public Service Grant Council, expiring 12/31/17.
