As substituted, the auto allowance policy for the Property Appraiser, Supervisor of Elections, & Tax Collector provides that they may receive either a vehicle or automobile allowance in accordance with the City’s Vehicle Use and Allowance Policy.

 

Floor: makes the bill retroactive to July 1, 2015.

Adds an execution of documents authorization section to the SHIP grant funding ordinance; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT) to place $85,000 in a reserve account; attaches new Exhibit 3 - the schedule of proposed funding which now includes Note 6; attaches Jax Housing and Community Development Commission meeting minutes from August 19th and December 16th as Exhibit 2.

Per OGC, rezoning of .37 ac on 4578 San Jose Blvd. from PUD to PUD.  Revised written description and conditions prohibit certain uses.  If restaurant use is sought, limits enclosed area and number of seats to a maximum of 70, and regulates outside sales and service through vegetative buffers, hours of operation, and prohibition on amplified outdoor music.  Adds Development Services memorandum.

Finance: Creates a separate section in the new Jax Journey Ordinance Code chapter to clarify the return of unspent residual funding by recipients; strikes section 75.109 - Mayoral reports; removes reference to Code Chapter 58; strikes reference to the Jax Journey Oversight Committee being governed by Ordinance Code Chapter 50, the general boards and commissions operating procedures.

 

RCDPHS: Finance amendment, plus changes the due date for the annual report from March 31st to January 31st and authorizes 2 consecutive one-year terms for the Chair and Vice Chair.

In bill appropriating handicapped parking fines for expenditure, strikes "to the Disabled Services Division of the Dept. of Park, Recreation and Community Services" from the title; removes carryover language since this is an all-years fund; attaches food and beverage schedule as Exhibit 2.
