There is an unnumbered bill added to the agenda for discussion. Fire Chief Kurt Wilson will discuss a requested emergency appropriation for work on Fire Station 4 to make it habitable after a renovation project.

Ms. Brosche stated that the “Overview of Housing Division and housing-related grant ordinances” shown as a Topic for Special Committee on Finance Matters is, in fact, a part of the regular agenda, not the Special Committee meeting. Council Auditor Kirk Sherman will also brief the committee on the annual millage rollback resolution. She also stated that she has asked the Council Auditor’s Office to briefly report at each Finance Committee meeting on any Auditor’s Office audits or reports released since the previous committee meeting. The package of budget-related ordinances was sent to all council members yesterday by e-mail from Deputy General Counsel Peggy Sidman.
