Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 12 items marked for deferral, 17 items ready for action, 14 items marked to be opened and continued, and 6 items marked for second reading and re-referral.

2016-474 (small scale at 4468 Yellow Water Road): Applicant has requested withdrawal with fees; however, action on bill is deferred to the next cycle at the request of Council Member Carter.

2016-632 (transmittal to amend FLUE): Ms. Reed stated that the amendment corrects language to clarify that the transmittal will follow the State’s coordinated review process instead of the expedited review process.

The Special Committee topic is School Capacity as it relates to Land Use Policy Decisions. The speaker is Mr. Andy Eckert, Executive Director, Design and Construction with Duval County Public Schools.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:31 p.m.
