Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:17 p.m. Mr. Folks Huxford commented that many of the items were deferred since the Planning Commission did not meet two weeks ago due to the hurricane. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 32 items marked for deferral, 3 items ready for action, 2 items marked for substitute and re-referral, one (1) item marked to be opened and continued, and 8 items marked for second reading and re-referral.

2016-476 (rezoning 1636 N. Main Street): In response to Council Member Gaffney’s inquiry, Mr. Zack Miller was agreeable to the restriction of outdoor service and sales on Wednesdays being added as a condition. The Special Committee will hear a presentation on charter schools from Ms. Sondra Fetner.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:25 p.m.
