Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:20 p.m. Mr. Folks Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 20 items marked for deferral, 18 items ready for action, 4 items marked to be opened and continued, and 14 items marked for second reading and re-referral.

The Special Committee will take action on 2016-581. This is an appeal filed by Christopher Bray of the Final Order of the Planning Commission approving Minor Modification (MM-16-14). If time permits, Susan Grandin will provide a presentation on criteria as it relates to various LUZ topics.

There being no further business, agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:28 p.m.
