Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m. Mr. Folks Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 20 items marked for deferral, 11 items ready for action, 12 items marked to be opened and continued, and 7 items marked for second reading and re-referral.

2016-476 (rezoning 1636 N. Main Street): Ms. Grandin stated a language amendment was necessary to clarify that the waiver should be granted to the real property to coincide with the liquor license being issued to the business and not the property owners. The amendment is on p. 2, line 25 and strikes “to the owners of” and replaces it with “for”.

Mr. Steve Diebenow requested information regarding an appeal date for an application for exception which was denied. A date has not been scheduled since the bill has not been introduced to Council.

The Planning & Development Department will complete their presentation on process flowcharts during Special Committee.

There being no further business, agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:22 p.m.
