Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:18 p.m. Mr. Bruce Lewis reviewed the marked agenda which contained 10 items marked for deferral, 10 items ready for action, 13 items marked to be opened and continued, and 20 items marked for second reading and re-referral.

2016-367 ( Amend Chapter 656, regarding San Marco Overlay): Ms. Grandin stated an electronic copy of the proposed changes for San Marco Overlay was sent to each member, and offered to provide a printed color copy, if requested. Chairman Becton requested a white paper on the differences in the overlay from previous to current. CM Schellenberg suggested a complete analysis is provided to address: a) what is it now; b) what were the changes; c) what are the subsequent changes; and d) what impact changes will have on future development. Note: CM Ferraro requested a printed color copy of the proposed changes.

There being no further business, agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:28 p.m.
