Chairman Becton called the meeting
to order at 4:19 p.m. Mr. Folks Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which
contained 13 items marked for deferral, 4 items ready for action, 13 items marked
to be opened and continued, 1 item marked for appeal hearing, 1 item marked for
withdrawal, and 10 items marked for second reading and re-referral.
2015-557 & 558 (property on s/s
of Edgewood Avenue W): Mr. Huxford stated items are scheduled before the
Planning Commission in 2 weeks. Staff reports will be updated and available when
scheduled before the committee.
2015-844 & 845 (1326 20th
Street W & Myrtle Street N): The items were announced as ready for action;
however, Chairman Becton stated he would open and continue both items pending
comments from Council Member K. Brown.
Chairman Becton stated the last 15
minutes of the committee meeting would be used to discuss upcoming special
committee meeting topics.
There being no further business, agenda
meeting was adjourned at 4:29 p.m.
