MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, May 03,2016.  The meeting was called to order at 5:05 P.M. by Committee Chair Scott Wilson.  The meeting adjourned at 6:35 P.M.
