MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, March 01,2016.  The meeting was called to order at 5:05 P.M. by Committee Chair Scott Wilson.  The meeting adjourned at 7:25 P.M.
