In attendance: Council Member Scott Wilson (Chair), Reggie Brown (Vice Chair), Garrett Dennis, Joyce Morgan.

Also: Kyle Billy – Council Auditor’s Office; Peggy Sidman – Office of General Counsel; Jeff Clements and John J. Jackson – Council Research Division; Juliette Williams – Legislative Services Division; Jessica Baker, Mayor’s Office.

Meeting Convened: 8:33 a.m.

Chairman Wilson called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. He reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda. There were nine (9) items ready for action; four (4) items being deferred; five (5) items being seconded and re-referred and one (1) request for emergency action

On Item #2, ORD-MC 2016-489, Approp $70,000 from Special Council Operating Contingency to fund Neighborhood Community Events; Create New Sec 111.105(d) (Neighborhood Community Events Trust Fund)…, Deputy General Counsel Peggy Sidman indicated that there will be amendments to this measure that will be offered at the Committee meeting.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 8:36 a.m.
