Meeting Convened: 8:32 a.m.

Chairman Wilson called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. He reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda. There was one (1) item ready for action; three (3) items being deferred; and seven (7) items being seconded and re-referred.

The Chair announced that Item #3, ORD-MC 2016-489, Amend Chapt 191 (Spec Events & A. Philip Randolph Entertainment Dist, Part 1 (Spec Events)…., was being deferred at the request of the measure’s sponsor, Council Member Reggie Brown.

Deputy General Counsel Peggy Sidman reported that there had been a meeting last week to discuss ORD-MC 2016-489 and that when the Committee meets, Council Member Reggie Brown is likely to provide the Committee with an update on the meeting.
