Meeting Convened: 8:35 a.m.

Chairman Wilson called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. He reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 3 items marked for deferral, 9 items ready for action and 1 item for second reading and re-referral.

On Item #3, ORD 2016-453, though marked for deferral, the Chair indicated that he wanted to have more information from the Housing & Community Development Division.

The topic for the Special Committee Meeting will focus on the Tourist Development Council and its current plan for the City of Jacksonville.
