The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m.
The Chair reviewed the marked agenda that the Council Auditor’s Office had prepared. There was one (1) item ready for action, three (3) items being deferred, five (5) items being seconded and re-referred, and two (2) items with requests for emergency approval.
The Chair announced that at the Special Committee Meeting, in addition to a Zika update, there would be a presentation on the Jacksonville Journey.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 8:34 a.m.
