The Chair, Council Member Carter, called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M. and proceeded to review the marked agenda that the Council Auditor’s Office had prepared.  There were six (6) items ready for action; four (4) items that were being deferred; five (5) items being seconded and re-referred; and a request for emergency passage for one (1) item.

 

 

The Chair announced that Item #1. ORD 2016-214, Auth 1st Amend to Redev Agreemt with Hallmark Partners, Inc to Reduce the Number of Units of Residential Rental Apts…., is being deferred until August.

 

On Item #7, ORD 2016-369, Granting an Air Rights Easemt to Baptist Health Properties, Inc & Southern Hospital of Florida, Inc for Constn of certain Medical Facility Improvemts…, Council Member Lori Boyer explained what the bill entailed, namely, that Baptist Hospital wants to build a pedestrian bridge over San Marco Boulevard to connect its medical facilities.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 9:05 A.M.
