The Chairman called the meeting to order at 9:00 A,M. and reviewed the marked agenda that had been prepared by the Council Auditor’s Office. He indicated that there were eleven (11) items ready for action, one (1) item being deferred, five (5) items being seconded and re-referred, and one (1) item designated for emergency action.
The Chair announced that Item #15, ORD 2016-100, Approp $86,521 from Court Innovations – Cash Carryover to fund Addnl Attorneys to assist 4th Judicial Circuit Court Judicial Staff Attorneys in Researching Legal Issues & Drafting Orders for the Circuit on Hundreds of Criminal Post-Conviction Motions from Incarcerated Defendents…., will be taken up at the Committee meeting.
The Chair announced that there would be a Zika Virus update and other presentations at the Committee meeting.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 9:03 A.m.
