Attendance: Council Members Garrett Dennis (Chair), John Crescimbeni (Vice Chair), Danny Becton, Tommy Hazouri, Jim Love, Scott; Deputy General Counsel Peggy Sidman, Heather Reber, Council Auditor’s Office, Allison Korman Shelton, Administration, Jeff Clements, John J. Jackson, Council Research Division, Legislative Assistant Juliette Williams; see attached sign-in sheet for additional attendees.
The Chair called the agenda meeting to order at 12:3 P.M. and reviewed the marked agenda that had been prepared by the Council Auditor’s Office. There were nineteen (19) items ready for action, four (4) items being deferred, and seven (7) items being seconded and re-referred.
On Item #8, ORD-MC 2016-489, Amend Chapt 191 (Spec Events & A. Phillip Randolph Entertainment Dist),…., though marked as ready to act, the Chair indicated that he was inclined to defer the item because information that he had requested from the Sports & Entertainment Office had not been forthcoming.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 12:35 p.m.
