Council  Member Danny Becton reported that he had had an opportunity to meet and talk with Mr. Patsy and was very impressed with Mr. Patsy, particularly with his admirable financial background.  Mr. Becton feels that Mr. Becton will continue to be an asset to the Bd of Trustees.

 

The Chair, Council Member Dennis, indicated that he had met with Mr. Patsy, as well, and was impressed.

 

The Vice Chair, Council Member John Crescimbeni,  indicated that though he had not had an opportunity to meet and talk with Mr. Patsy, they have exchanged e-mails.  Mr. Crescimbeni will vote in the affirmative on the reappointment.

Mr. Roberts was present and provided the Committee with his background.  In response to a question, he explained the functions of the Contex-Sensitive Streets Standards Committee.  In response to another question, Mr. Roberts explained that though he represented runners on the Committee, he no longer runs, per advice of his doctor.  Mr. Roberts explained that he had previously run in 12 Gate River Runs.

 

Deputy General Counsel Sidman explained that the Context-Sensitive Streets Standards Committee is the work of Council President Lori Boyer.
