Meeting Convened:
1:30 p.m.
Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order and asked
the attendees to introduce themselves. He reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda
which included 6 items marked for deferral, 7 items ready for action and 9 items
for second reading and re-referral.
Mr. Schellenberg announced that 2015-127 (amending the
Vehicles for Hire Code) will be deferred one last time while the Special
Committee on Vehicles for Hire, which he also chairs, attempts to complete its
work and produce a report. He will have the bill reported to the Rules
Committee for action at the next meeting regardless of the outcome of the
Special Committee’s deliberations.
