Meeting Convened:
1:30 p.m.
Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order and asked
the attendees to introduce themselves. He reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda
which included 01 items marked for deferral, 19 items ready for action (1 as an
emergency, 1 for withdrawal) and 13 items for second reading and re-referral.
2015-519 (amending the Public Property Code regarding
disposition of surplus properties for affordable housing purposes): Mr.
Schellenberg will take up this item last on the agenda. The Finance and RCDPHS
committees will be holding a joint special meeting on Monday, April 25th
to consider the bill.
