Attendance: Council Members Reggie Brown (Chair), Tommy Hazouri (Vice Chair), Al Ferraro, Reggie Gaffney, Joyce Morgan, John Crescimbeni; Paige Johnston, Office of General Counsel; Jordan Elsbury, Administration; Phillip Peterson, Kim Taylor, Council Auditor’s Office; Katrin MacDonald, Legislative Assistant; John J. Jackson, Council Research Assistant. (see attached sign-in sheet for additional attendees).
The Chair called the Agenda Meeting to order at 1:32 P.M. and asked Phillip Peterson to review the marked agenda that had been prepared by the Council Auditor’s Office. Mr. Peterson indicated that there were six (6) items that were ready for action, four (4) items being deferred and nine (9) items being seconded and re-referred.
The Chair indicated that Item #4, ORD 2016-245, Apv Transmittal of Proposed 2016B Series Text Amend #2 to the Future Land Use Element, the Capital Improvemts Element & the Transp Element of the 2030 Comp Plan….was being deferred at the request of Council Member Boyer.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:37 P.M.
