The Chair called the Agenda Meeting to order at 1:31 P.M.
The Chair announced that Item #7 ORD 2016-97, Approp $900,000 from Fund Balance for (1) Build-Out of Interior Space to Replace Current Tax Collector Westside Branch Ofc……, would be taken up first at the Committee Mtg, in consideration of the Tax Collector’s presence.
On Item #4, ORD 2016-76, Granting Appl of Independence Recycling of Florida, Inc for Renewal & Modification of its CON…., Council Member Reggie Brown wanted to know if the applicant for this CON (and another in Item #5, ORD 2016-77) is in compliance with requirements and the process of renewals. Jeff Foster, Chief, Solid Waste, indicated that the applicants’ facilities are inspected by his division on a monthly basis. Mr. Foster will be at the Committee Mtg to further explain the process and field any questions.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:35 P.M.
