MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, February 01,2016. The meeting was called to order at 2:04 P.M. by Committee Chair Reggie Brown.  The meeting adjourned at 3:59 P.M.
