opposed to just a term in the Written Description) 1. For apartment units, a minimum of 1.3 parking spaces
per 1 bedroom dwelling unit and a minimum of 1.5 parking spaces per 2 or more
bedroom dwelling unit. If more than 50% of apartment units, in the aggregate,
contain 2 or more bedrooms, a PUD amendment (rezoning) will be required to
address the parking requirements herein. For townhomes, parking will be
provided at a minimum of 1.5 parking spaces per dwelling unit. 2. Prior to the first final inspection within any phase
of development, the owner or their agent shall submit to the Planning and
Development Department for its review and approval either a) an affidavit
