subject to conditions: 1. If the land is ever subdivided, the access to the property
shall be brought up to City standards. A document so stating, approved by the
Office of General Counsel, shall be filed in the Public Records of Duval
County. 2. The property owner shall be responsible for naming the
driveway access according to the Standards of the Planning and Development
Department’s Addressing Section. 3. Prior to the first final inspection within any phase of
development, the owner or their agent shall submit to the Planning and
Development Department for its review and approval either: a) An affidavit documenting that all conditions of the
development order have been satisfied, or b) A detailed agreement for the completion of all conditions
of the development order. Inserts a new Section 5 - Applicant
Acknowledgement – in the bill to reflect that the applicant acknowledges
assuming risk on the future use of the east/west easement. |
