Chairman Anderson called the meeting to order and reviewed
the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 3 items marked for deferral, 15
items ready for action, and 7 items for second reading and re-referral.
The Council Auditor will provide overviews of 2 recent
reports: #824 – Capital Assets Audit, and #825 – Quarterly Budget Summary for
the 6 months Ended March 31, 2019.

Emily Pierce of Load King explained that a new site has been
identified by the Parks and Recreation Department for the relocation of the Head
Start program at less cost than the site identified in the bill, so an
amendment will be needed. Council Member Boyer asked the OGC and Auditor’s
Office to review the contract, which she has not seen, before the meeting.
