Meeting Convened: 8:34 A.M.

Chairman Wilson called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. He reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda that indicated that there were three (3) items ready for action, two (2) items being deferred and thirteen (13) items being seconded and re-referred.

The Chair announced that the Committee would await the arrival of Council President Boyer before taking up Item #4, ORD-MC 2017-352, re Chapt 111 (spec Rev & Trust Accts), Repealing Sec 111.105(b) (Community Activities Trust Fund), Ord Code……to Create a New Trust Fund to Enhance City Parks…

The Chair announced that the topic for the Special Meeting would be City of Jacksonville Commercial Property by Renee Hunter, Chief, Real Estate Division, Public Works Department.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 8:36 A.M.
