In attendance: Council Members Scott Wilson (Chair)

Also: Kim Taylor – Council Auditor’s Office; Peggy Sidman, Office of General Counsel; Jessica Baker, Administration; John J. Jackson – Council Research Division; Jessica Matthews, Staci Lopez, Adri S. Maguire, Legislative Services Division.

Meeting Convened: 8:36

Council Member Wilson called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. He reviewed the marked agenda that the Council Auditor’s Office had prepared. There were eight (8) items ready for action; three (3) items being deferred; and eight (8) items being seconded and re-referred.

The Chair announced that on Item #4, ORD-MC 2017-261, the Committee would await the arrival of Council President Lori Boyer, sponsor of the legislation, before taking the item up at the Committee meeting.

The Chair announced that the scheduled Special Meeting on the impact of sports is cancelled because of Council Member Doyle Carter’s absence. This was to be Mr. Carter’s presentation.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 8:39 A.M.
