Location: Council Chamber, 1^st floor, City Hall – St. James Building; 117 West Duval Street

In attendance: Council Members Scott Wilson (Chair)

Also: Kim Taylor – Council Auditor’s Office; Peggy Sidman, Office of General Counsel; Jessica Baker, Administration; John J. Jackson – Council Research Division; Juliette Williams, Staci Lopez, Legislative Services Division.

Meeting Convened: 8:35

Council Member Wilson called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. He reviewed the marked agenda that the Council Auditor’s Office had prepared. There were five (5) items ready for action; four (4) items being deferred; eight (8) items being seconded and re-referred and one (1) item with an emergency passage request.

The Chair announced that the Special Meeting topic would be Affordable Housing. At the close of the regular meeting, the Chair announced that food trucks will be discussed as well as possible Special Meeting topics for future meetings.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 8:37 A.M.
