In attendance: Council Member Scott Wilson (Chair), Garrett Dennis, Joyce Morgan, John Crescimbeni.

Also: Kyle Billy – Council Auditor’s Office; Peggy Sidman, Paige Johnston – Office of General Counsel; Jeff Clements and John J. Jackson – Council Research Division; Juliette Williams, Legislative Services Division; Jessica Baker, Mayor’s Office.

Meeting Convened: 8:36 a.m.

Chairman Wilson called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. He reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda. There were eight (8) items ready for action; two (2) items being deferred; and nine (9) items being seconded and re-referred.

The Chair announced that Item #8, ORD-MC 2017-15, Concerning Equal Opportunity & Expanding the City’s Equal Rights Laws to Prohibit Discrimination based on Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity…... would be taken up at the end of the agenda items.

The Chair indicated that John Nooney had requested an opportunity to remark on Item #4, ORD-MC 2017-1, Amend Chapt 28 (Parks, Rec & Community Svcs), Part 8 (Trespass in Public Parks; Violation & Appeal)…, and the Mr. Nooney would be given that opportunity.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 8:38 a.m.
