As substituted: Removes performance standards proposed for auto dealerships.	BILL SUMMARY 6-0 Substitute CM Crescimbeni outlined the work he has done with CM Wilson and CM Anderson to fight blight in commercial corridors. This substitute will strike out language that is focused on auto dealers. This leaves the best practices for filling stations and car washes into the ordinance code. Scriveners Correct section reference on page 6 of the bill	BILL SUMMARY FACT SHEET 7-0 Approve CM Dennis had questions with the 50% maximum for travel expenses and what were the limits of using that fund. Adam Miller, Kids Hope Alliance, stated that the requirement was there needed to be an invitation. CM Morgan asked if the auditors and the Office of General Counsel are ok with all the changes to the bill. Julie Davis, Office of General Counsel, and Kim Taylor, Auditor’s Office, both stated that they are ok with all the changes made to the bill. CM Morgan stressed the need for these services to be more user friendly so that smaller organizations can use the funds. CM Wilson voiced concerns about the needed increase of funds for the Kids Hope Alliance, but the continued need in underserved areas of the Jacksonville. 	BILL SUMMARY 6-0 Amend/Approve CM Crescimbeni detailed the funding Pampers will focus on baby changing stations in buildings in Jacksonville. The changing table costs $250 dollars and would just need to be installed onto the wall. This bill will make it more convenient for parents to be able to change diapers by making sure that all new construction would have to have these tables. CM Freeman stated his support for the bill and his familiarity with the issues of a lack of changing stations. Jordan Elsbury, Mayor’s Office, stated that the administration is doing inventory to make sure existing buildings will be able to have these tables. CM Newby asked to be added as a co-sponsor.
