The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m.
The Chair reviewed the marked agenda that the Council Auditor’s Office had prepared. There was one (1) item ready for action, four (4) items being deferred, four (4) items being seconded and re-referred and one (1) item being moved as an emergency.
Council Member Aaron Bowman advised JSO Budget Chief, Bill Clement, that he would have questions on Item #10, ORD 2017-175, Approp $250,000 from Capital Projs Funds – Gen Projs to Purchase the Integrated Ballistic Identification System (IBIS)…., during the Committee meeting.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 8:33 a.m.
