Attendance: Council Members: Sam Newby (Chair), Anna Lopez Brosche, Aaron Bowman, Joyce Morgan; Assistant General Counsel Paige Johnston; Assistant Council Auditor, Kyle Billy; Jordan Elsbury, Administration; John J. Jackson, Colleen Hampsey, Council Research Division; Legislative Assistant Jessica Matthews.
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:33 a.m.
The Chair reviewed the marked agenda that the Council Auditor’s Office had prepared. There were four (4) items ready for action, three (3) items being deferred and eleven (11) items being seconded and re-referred.
The Chair announced that any public comments in the course of the agenda meeting had to be focused on ordinances and resolutions that were on the PHS agenda.
The Chair announced that the topic for the Special Meeting would be JSO’s Body Cameras.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 8:33 a.m.
