2019-63: RESO Requesting an Attorney General Opinion on whether a Public Official violates the freedom of speech clause under Art. I. Sec. 4 of the Florida Constitution when such Public Official restricts another individual's access to the Public Official's personal social media account; Directing the Office of General Counsel opinion to provide a legal opinion; Directing the Chief of Legislative Services to forward a copy of the resolution & legal opinion to the Florida Attorney General - MOVE
