Councilman Hazouri called the meeting to order and reviewed the agenda. The marked agenda included 5 items marked for deferral, 13 items ready for action and 4 items for second reading and re-referral.

2018-310: ORD-MC Amend Sec 656.152 (Certification of Use Application and Fee), Subpart E (Certificates of Use), Pt 1 (Gen Provisions), Chapt 656 (Zoning Code), require tenant affirmation and acknowledgement be included within a COU app for leased properties - DEFER
