Councilman Hazouri called the meeting to order and reviewed the agenda. The marked agenda included 5 items marked for deferral, 13 items ready for action and 4 items for second reading and re-referral.

There will also be a presentation by Carrence Bass, Executive Director of the Jacksonville – Duval County Council on Elder Affairs (COEA).
