Amend/App AMEND/APPROVE 7-0 Rules Amendment: In sum the amendments clarified
that abandonment of ROWs was not included in the RED’s delegation and that
DIA was among those agencies with express provisions for dealing with
property and so were not included in this bill. The amendments also
require all properties to go through a needs analysis before being disposed
of (escheated and foreclosed properties had been omitted from that
requirement in the original), and add a requirement for reporting for two
years after enactment. |
