Ferraro called the agenda meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. and reviewed the
marked agenda prepared by the Council Auditor’s Office. There were five (5) items marked for action; one
(1) public hearing to be opened and closed; and two (2) items marked for second
and re-refer.
