of the proposed legislation. Assistant General Counsel Paige Johnston asked the
Committee to add an additional amendment to the ordinance that would add language
to review and evaluate host fees every two years. Council Member John Crescimbeni raised questions about
host fees. Council Member Crescimbeni wanted attestation language
added to the legislation to confirm if a hauler
is transporting construction and demolition debris that was actually
