The Committee Chair, Michael
Corrigan, called the meeting to order at 3:06 p.m. He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone
through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and comments
concerning the agenda as marked included:
2007-1011 Public hearing to
be continued to 01-15-08

2007-1087 Amendment corrects

2007-1123 Amendment to
include aerated retention pond at the request of the neighborhood, per Charles Mann
2007-1146 Substitute
conforms to interlocal agreement
At the request of the Chair,
an explanation was given concerning the type of advertising being done for
2005-718. C/M Webb added that he is
working with involved parties at the request of the Rules Committee Chairman.
C/M Bishop requested that the
public hearing on 2007-1240 be opened and continued on January 3, 2008,
with the item being deferred, in consideration of the holiday schedules of
interested citizens. The Chair stated
that, as the item has already been advertised for that date, he will meet with
Jacksonville Aviation Authority parties and encourage them to request the delay.
As there was no further
business, the meeting adjourned at 3:23 p.m.
