MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, December 04,2007.  The meeting was called to order at 5:05 P.M. by Committee Chair Michael Corrigan.  The meeting was recessed from 6:15 to 6:19 and adjourned at 6:50 P.M.
