MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, November 20,2007.  The meeting was called to order at 5:03 P.M. by Committee Chair Art Shad.  The meeting adjourned at 6:52 P.M.
