of Planning and Development; Jessica Stephens, Merriane Lahmeur, and Rick Campbell,

The Committee Vice Chair, Clay
Yarborough, called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m. and asked Mr. John Crofts
to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee
actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
2005-718 Action not
anticipated until after the Rules Committee makes its report
2006-220 To be deferred,
although the bill may ultimately be withdrawn at a later meeting
2006-869 Deferral scheduled
at this time, but subject to change
2007-659 Public hearing set
for 11-20-07
2007-566 Public hearing set
for 12-04-07
2007-578 Public hearing set
for 12-04-07
2007-662 Withdrawal at
meeting, with later replacement bill anticipated
2007-835 Deferral is requested, with a formal hearing
to be set for a later date; procedure and possible hearing dates were
discussed, with it being determined later in the meeting that the hearing would
be held 01-15-08 at 4:00 p.m.
2007-845 Substitution is needed, with new hearing
dates to be set
2007-919 In response to a question, Planning staff
advised that the Planning Commission denial was due to height concerns
2007-929 Refund of fees to be requested
2007-984 Proposed amendment makes clarifications and corrections
to recitals
2007-988 No public hearing scheduled for tonight’s
meeting
2007-1012 Proposed amendment revises application
number
2007-1067 Amendment may be proposed at the next
meeting
2007-1068 Amendment may be proposed at the next
meeting
