Attendance: Committee Chair Michael Corrigan; Committee
Members Clay Yarborough and Mia Jones; Shannon Eller, Office of General
Counsel; John Crofts and Folks Huxford, Department of Planning and Development;
Jessica Stephens, Merriane Lahmeur, and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, Michael
Corrigan, called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. and asked Mr. John Crofts to
take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee
actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
2006-360 Public hearing to be
continued to 12-04-07
2007-803 Public hearing dates
are to be scheduled
2007-810 Representation
present with handouts for the committee meeting
2007-835 Public hearing set
for 10-16-07
2007-845 Public hearing to be
continued and the item deferred, as the amendment can be handled when the final committee recommendation is made
2007-852 Withdrawal to be
requested as a waiver is not necessary, with Mr. Crofts indicating without the refund of fees. C/M Jones inquired as to why not, and he
responded that the report had
been issued and a public hearing scheduled.
She advised that she will address
this in committee.
2007-927 The Chair inquired
as to any outstanding issues, with none current being noted
2007-928 C/M Yarborough
inquired as to timing, and Mr. Crofts advised that no action was being recommended for now due to the pending
community meeting
2007-992 C/M Jones asked
about the deferral of this item, and was advised that it is due to the public hearing scheduled for 10-16-07
As there was no further
business, the meeting adjourned at 3:18 p.m.
