Attendance: Committee Chair Michael Corrigan; Committee Member Clay Yarborough; Shannon Eller and Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; John Crofts, Sean Kelly, and Folks Huxford, Department of Planning and Development; Jessica Stephens, Merriane Lahmeur, and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, Michael Corrigan, called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m. and asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
2007-441 General discussion was held concerning procedural matters
2007-562 Mr. Kelly noted that 2007-955 also deals with this issue, and Mr. Reingold indicated that the matter may be considered as part of the Zoning Code rewrite; the bill may be deferred if withdrawal is not requested at the meeting
2007-920 An overview of the process will be given
As there was no further business, the Chair adjourned the meeting at 3:16 p.m.
