MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, September 05,2007.  The meeting was called to order at 5:06 P.M. by Committee Chair Michael Corrigan.  The meeting was recessed from 7:00 P.M. to 7:15 P.M.
