Attendance: Committee Chair Michael Corrigan; Committee Member Clay Yarborough; Council Member Ray Holt; Shannon Eller and Cherry Shaw, Office of General Counsel; John Crofts, Sean Kelly, Folks Huxford, and Ellen Fales, Department of Planning and Development; Jessica Stephens and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, Michael Corrigan, called the meeting to order at 3:06 p.m. and asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
2007-680 C/M Holt requested deferral
2007-682 Public hearing to be set for 9-18-07
2007-724 C/M Holt requested deferral
2007-725 C/M Holt requested deferral
2007-784 and 2007-790 Mrs. Eller explained procedure, as this is the first time such appeals have come to the committee
2007-804 Public hearing will be held at the next LUZ meeting
As there was no further business, the Chair adjourned the meeting at 3:23 p.m.
